Raspberry Lemonade Sparkler | A Boozy Summer Punch

The  Raspberry Lemonade Sparkler  is a refreshing summer sipper.

This recipe makes 8 to 10 individual cocktails. Since the recipe is already batched for multiple cocktails, it gives you the perfect opportunity to bring out your grandma’s favorite punch bowl or a cute lil’ poolside pitcher.

We love this for summer because it’s citrusy, fizzy, and perfectly pink.

Let’s mix it up!

Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Muddle the fresh raspberries in your poolside pitcher or punch bowl.

  2. Add Tito’s Vodka + lemonade, stir to combine.

  3. Right before serving, add ice + top off with the bubbles, either Fever-Tree Club Soda or Topo Chico.

  4. Garnish in your serving piece with floating lemon slices + raspberries.

  5. Set out a bucket of ice with a scoop, glassware + sprigs of mint for guests to dress up their sparkler.

The Raspberry Lemonade Sparkler is delicious with + without the vodka, which makes it perfect for when you want to give mocktail + cocktail options. To make it a “guest’s choice” set up, simply prepare the recipe without the vodka, so that your “base” is the mocktail version. Place the bottle of Tito’s Vodka next to it with a jigger, so that guests wanting the cocktail version can add their own vodka to taste.
