fresh squeezed
Fresh squeezed juice bars are healthy, delicious and easy to make interactive at a meeting or event. If you are hosting a breakfast event, orange juice will be the obvious one to choose if you need to keep it simple. If you can add some other options, your run of the mill beverage station can become an interactive experience and a design element.
You are guaranteed to make an impression if your juice bar offers fruit and vegetable juices that guests are encouraged to mix on their own. At events we’ve planned, we’ve even had a bartender juicing fresh-to-order on the spot. Even without the bartender, you can create the same experience by displaying juices in cleverly labeled drink dispensers with suggested juice drink recipes displayed to take the guesswork out of the process. We love the Mellie Dispenser from CB2.
We suggest having five different juice options to create the juice bar experience.
Our starter pack would be orange, grapefruit, apple, pineapple, and celery or carrot juice. Celery juice might sound a little out there but it has a fairly mild taste and has a long list of health benefits. You can find great juice recipes on Food Network. We also recommend asking your favorite juice bar how they make your favorites on their menu. In Austin, we love JuiceLand. Every city has so many juice bar options now that it’s easy to do some taste tests on combos to use for your party.
