Ingredients
2 oz mezcal
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz agave syrup
4–5 chunks seedless watermelon
2 slices jalapeño
Club soda
Tajín or chili-lime seasoning (for rim, optional)
Watermelon wedge & jalapeño slice (for garnish)
Instructions
Rim a glass with lime juice and Tajín.
In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and jalapeño slices.
Add mezcal, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Shake well.
Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Top with club soda (or Topo Chico) and garnish with a watermelon wedge and jalapeño slice.
